At Alchemy Electronics we can work on a wide variety of Equpment from modern production tools such as DACs and Interfaces, to vintage gear such as amplifiers, radios, receivers, and microphones. Though we are not an authorized service center for any brands, we have experience with all mainstream brands and can service equipment that is in or out of warranty. We specialize in rare circuits with little to no schematic or repair information and are capable of reverse engineering.

A $50 bench fee will be required upon drop off of equipment and will go towards the repair. Beyond the $50 initial fee, any other charges for repair or parts will be put on hold until permission from the customer is received. Estimates and quotes will always be provided before work is done unless otherwise specified in an agreement by the technician and the customer.

Yes, our warranty covers labor only as we do not warranty parts, and we leave that to the manufacturer. Labor is covered for 30 days after repair is finalized and picked up.

All repairs vary differently, but Alchemy Electronics aims to diagnose and quote within two weeks from initial drop off. Beyond that we will maintain consistent in our communication of the repair time and issues impacting repair times.
